VOLKSBANK PJSC abd Kogel LLC has signed a cooperation memorandum

This memorandum provides combination of efforts to better satisfaction of the needs of Parties’ customers.

On Kogel Ukraine’s side the memorandum is signed by Oleksandr Ilbytskyy, General Manager, and on VOLKSBANK’s side, by Andriy Kotur, Head of Corporate Banking Division.

With regards to the achieved  agreements, VOLKSBANK proposes lending to legal entities for purchase of KÖGEL. Specially developed credit program includes favourable conditions both for price of lending resources and lending tenor, borrower’s own contribution share, etc. 

Signing of this memorandum is an important step to the interaction improvement between Volksbank PJSC and Kogel Ukraine LLC and future development of active cooperation.
